The first Video Friday. I first saw this advert last weekend, and it blew me away. Creative Review has the lowdown.

    I’ve still not made up my mind about this, I mean its a nicely shot ad but its retreading the ground of Honda but with a very Guinness spin on it.

    I am however very impressed with the other marketing they’ve done around the advert’s launch with regards the competition to track down clues and clips of the video with a prize to whoever managed to piece together the whole thing. Its given a UK advert global reach and this is before the advert was even shown, which I’m sure has more than justified the huge amount it cost to make the ad.

    I think its a great advert. I like the effort they went to andin some ways enjoy ‘real life’ adverts without computer effects although Im sure there was a little touching up done.

    It wasnt done in one take but you can still pretend it was!
